It is important to note that all trades executed through our platform are the sole responsibility of the client. Synthetic Markets (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred. Clients acknowledge and accept that trading involves significant risks, including the potential loss of their entire capital. By utilizing our platform, clients agree to fully understand and accept these risks, and they undertake all trading activities at their own risk.
